savage 10 TR bolt handle

Anyone know what's the thread pattern on a savage 10 TR bolt knob? Just want to replace mine because it is WAY to bif for my liking. Also if you have good replacement suggestions I'm all ears. Looking for something smaller then the factory "Tactical" from savage but bigger then their hunting one, so close to the oversize round factory one.

As far as I know there is no “thread” pattern. They are not threaded on.

With Savage you take the bolt apart and replace the entire bolt handle.

To have owned 3x 10TR actions, I can confirm that this bolt handle is not threaded on and is 100% 1-piece, you’ll have to completely replace bolt handle if you want smaller.
Maybe coretac solutions have got a smaller one or have existing one machined down at a shop?

Glades armoury sells savage bolt knobs. When I had savages I ordered a couple from them. No complaints
