Hey guys,
On my Savage 10fp in .223 the large cheap pad seems WAY to low for my scope, my scope is a 6x16x40 with one inch rings, the end of the scope seems to have around 1/4+ plus of clearance from the barrel..
What do you guys run on your Savages? I either need to raise my cheek pad up? (not sure how I would do that just yet. (Metal spacers?)) or lower my scope a bit with lower rings?
I'd say I would need to raise my cheek pad up around 3/4 to an inch to get the right height.
