I've got a guy that I've bought, sold, traded etc with many times. In one multi gun deal I acquired a Savage 110 from him. It is unfired, mint. This was about a year ago and now he'd like to buy it back.

The guy has been more than fair with me over the years and I'd like to get it back in his hands. Any thoughts on a fair value on this firearm?

Why not ask him what it's worth to him?
If he has been fair to you, what's the harm.
You never know, he may just surprise you
with an offer. One can take this comment
two ways right?
So you got a fifty fifty chance........... :)

No questions asked he will get a good deal. I didn't know if $700 was a good deal or $200 was to much. Ok, I guess I knew $200 wasn't to much. This new retails around $500? $300-$350 would be a good price to him?

$250-$350, depending how good a deal you want to give him. If he's been good to you then return the favour. $250 is a "friendly" price. I doubt you could get more than $350 for it anywhere else.

Thats an older 110, it's still got the blind mag and no accu-trigger.

Also whoever said stainless is worth more should check out the prices these days. The American Classics are actually cheaper in stainless than they are blued.

Probably best to do an internet search to determine the value of this gun and go from there.
200.00 sounds like a heck of a deal!!!

This is the internet and here, I trust guys. Here is safe, the rest of the net is filled with loud mouth whiners....

For what the guy done for me I may lose a couple bucks but I used to spend that in a weekend in the bars. It's worth it to me. If it was $800 versus $300 it may be a little different.

So how old is this thing?
