Savage 110 Scout, one year later

Didn't think of that, but it makes sense. It might also help with the issue some people were having with the 110 Scout not having enough elevation travel with the rear sight at close ranges.
Might be personal taste but I don't mind how my OG 110 Scout looks, although I'm still keeping an eye out for a take-off non-bedded Accustock that fits the heavy barrel to see what the weight savings are like (hopefully in a more neutral color like grey). I've got a Magpul stock on my shotgun and I like how I can comfortably sling it up to my front or hanging to the side with the side mounts, and the additional slots would be nice for mounting a light if you need it for predator control.
One thing I'm not sure of is if it comes with the comb risers (spec page only says LoP spacers), which I found to be a huge asset to the Accufit stock. If it was lighter I might be tempted to pick up the stock to try out, but paying $450 to make my rifle even heavier makes that a pass for me.
