They've always had package gun deals, usually wearing a cheap azz Simmons scope on them. They definitely aren't topping them with Aetecs, more like the Blazer models.
As far back as the early 60's they came out with the package deals. You could get a Savage 110S back then which came with a Savage 0432 4X scope on top. I think I've got about 5 of them here as well as a 3-7X and a couple 2 1/4X Savage scopes. The old Savage stamped scopes are alot better than the Simmons scopes they're putting on them now.

They ARE a Stevens 200....or more correctly....a Stevens 200 is a non-Accutrigger Savage 10/110......
Some Savages have detachable mags...but the actions are all the same....since 1958 with a change to the extractor in the early 60's....which Winchester saw the need to copy for thier "new" Model 70 in '64.....
