Savage 110E 270 Win

I am hoping someone can help me out.

I am looking at buying a Savage 110E 270 Win from a neighbour. He is asking $250 but I cannot find a comparable on the internet. Can anybody help me out. The rifle is a bolt action and looks to be in good condition. Comes with a simmons scope and a wood stock. Any info (reliability/accuracy) would be gladly appreciated.
 
well worth $250. It's a savage, it should shoot outstanding for a factory gun. Wood feels nice so that's a bonus. The savage Axis is the cheapest center fire gun on the market at $300 new. It being a 110, you should be able to flip that here on the EE fairly fast for $450-$500 with the optic.
