Don't want a T3 or yet another Rem, so I was looking at the above for a general purpose hunting rig. Which of the two would you get?

My vote must go to Savage as I own a few of them and no Weatherby. I did try to buy one not that long ago, but there were none in stock. Savage's accuracy OTS is legendary.
