wHAT DO YOU SAVAGE OWNERS REALLY THINK OF THE SYNTHETIC STOCK ON THE MODEL 12FVSS? wHY IS THIS MODEL $200-$300 LESS THAN A LAMINATED STOCKED GUN. THERE IS RARELY A CHANCE THAT A DEALER HAS MANY MODEL 12'S IN STOCK SO I AM ANXIOUS TO GET YOUR FEEDBACK. SHOULD i JUST PAY THE EXTRA AND GET A LAMINATE STOCK?
CONFUSED AND ANXIOUS TO PURCHASE

Seriously tho, buy the laminate version. 200-300 is cheaper than buying it later down the road and it is a very nice stock.
 
Thanks Mustang 979. Be being a general contractor and builder of the finest homes in Quebec I did not understand what he was trying to say. Sorry for the bad netequette. It's an amazing feat that I can type with my sausage fingers and not hit two keys at once. So next time I write in caps, don't get offended, but rather you should imagine one of my digits hitting the caps lock key.
 
I wanted the VLP .22-250 1-9ROT but couldn't find one at the time. I Love my BVSS just did a bedding job on it can wait to hit the range.....

The laminate stocks are top notch but the inletting is still to generous so bedding is a good idea.
