Savage 200 Vrs Axis

I had a axis stainless 223 and sold it awhile back and found i missed it
Looking for one now is a needle in a haystack
I came across a well priced stevens 200 however wondering what folks think by comparison
The lack of a magazine seems a bit of a hastle but maybe there are mods
tell me what you all have by way of experience

I wouldn't trade my stevens for an axis. If you can get one around $325 its a good deal. You could look for a cheap preaccutrigger 11 with the detachable mag for around $450 .

No matter what, they're savages. It'll be accurate, reliable, and the stock will feel too cheap.
