Bob Greenleaf told me a couple years ago that a new lever action centerfire was in the works but have yet to see one, not a 99 I was told, but a lever action centerfire.
For you guys thinking about new rimfires, remember that they're made in CANADA when ordering.

Went through that factory once... I know many employees. I have been fortunate to have shot all of the Savage rimfires. They make some very accurate and affordable rimfires. The .17HMR are one hole shooters and reliable as hell. If you guys are down here for a tour let me know. I will fire the BBQ and dust off the shooting bench!
