I've got an affliction where I can only shoot a wood-stocked rifle. Teams of doctors have tried to help, only to have their professional reputations ruined.

Boyd's stocks have worked for me. I've ordered two of them in the last couple years and both were drop-in. One was a laminate and one was walnut.
I've had pretty good experiences with Mark IIs. I've owned 6 and currently have 3: an FV-SR, an FVT, and a BV. I find they need a bit of barrel break in before they start really shooting well, probably something to do with the button rifled barrels. They are usually filthy when new and probably a bit rough inside.

The only other detail is that the sporter-weight barrel MkIIs I've owned do shoot well, but point of impact changes with different ammo are larger than with the heavy barrel MkIIs.
brindle, did you try to bend the lips of the mags ? If they're spilling rounds that might help ? Is the 'body' of the mag tight or has it got gaps ?
The Mk II are sheet metal, and a better design; it is a wonder that no one has come up with an adaptor for these in the 64. I know some guys who modify the Mk II mags with a bit of epoxy and a file to make them work in CZ rifles.
meroh, brindle has a FV-SR, which I assumed he meant a MKII. Unfortunate he didn't pens a few more bucks and get the B22 FV (or-SR). I find the rotary mags great, tho I've only got ca 1500 rounds thru my B22-FV as opposed to BJacks 4-5000.
