Hello gunnutz ,
I have this Westfield Mass. USA made 22/ 20ga. Savage 24 series P and I'm looking for an approximate value on it.
No photos ...you'll have to take my word for it.
The bore(s) , metal and bluing is in very good condition and functions flawlessly .
The plain stocks are in good + condition with just the finish appears to be flaking off , otherwise , no dings , scratches .
Not sure of it age.
Only because of the stock finish , I'd rate this bunnie buster at 85+%
I know photos are best but not able to at the moment.
Thx.

For sure need pics but the blued 24's in good condition go for a bit more.
If the stock is not cracked and bluing strong it will be closer to 600 then 400. (Fwiw I sold 2 24's in the last year)

I traded my 22/20 ga series p last year on my 17 wsm. Bought scope, rings ammo etc. It turned out money wise I got $550 value wise towards trade. I would put price of $600-$650 on it.

$600 if the wood is not too badly worn and flaked. $550 ,if it is. To me the 22/20ga is more desirable than the .22/410 as the shotgun ammo is cheaper yet more effective in 20ga.

Not sure what model the 22/20 is but the the barrels were not joined like the 22/410. Purely aesthetic, your point is still valid, but the 22/410 had a better look.
