Can anyone tell me if the savage 64 semi barrel would fit a cooey 64 semi action thanks in advance

They're the same gun, so it should.

When I needed a new extractor and ejector for my dads Lakefield I called the factory here in Ontario and was directed to the Savage Arms call centre in the US. The parts came marked for use in Savage rifles.
