Savage 93, 17 HMR high cap mags? Can I buy/make them?

My 93 shoots .22WMR ... I have 4, 5rd mags but I don't care for them. Even though it's a bolt action, I'd still prefer a high capacity magazine ... even if it's only 10rds.
I sent an email to that site about 3 months ago, never heard back, tried their phone number and left a voice mail, never heard back
Yup ... sounds about right so far. Two emails and phone call and nothing, make me wonder if they are out of business or just not keeping regular office hours.
I noticed that with my 93R17 the flange on the end of the bullets have to be nested into the one before it. So it needs a banana shape magazine when you start reaching higher capacities and something like a rotary mag won't work. If the ends are not nested the bullets will not feed. I always thought that making a larger magazine by combining two 5 round clips would work but I'm starting to think it may not. If anybody can do it I would be quite impressed.

Where did you buy the 5 rd mags from? I'd like some extras for my 93 BRJ
WSS and SIR/Cabela's in Winnipeg many many moons ago. Over the past couple years, I've made trips there and I could never find them anymore.
I'd never heard of these guys, very interesting. I'm going to contact them to see if they ship to Canada...but i suppose another question might be; Are there any laws in Canada that limit how many rounds of .17HMR or .22WMR you can have loaded in your rifle...? I wonder if it's the same as .22lr?
Well if you have a 17 hmr I would bet it is a bolt, and if you have a savage 17hmr then it is a bolt. So it doesn't really matter.

If anyone has guidance on how to make a larger mag please let me know, and I will post up how I mad it and how to make them. I just don't even know where to start.

I'm trying to figure out what, exactly, they would be attempting to file for Patent protection on. The name?
I figure there is enough prior art in the way of pressed metal magazines for firearms out there, that they can't really have much in the way of features that have not been done before.
I don't really want to try to figure out what the cost in dies would be to tool up for this sort of a run. The 'cheap' way would probably be to sub out the parts to different specialty outfits, say, Waterjet for the flat parts, maybe laser, and design around only needing a couple relatively cheap (relatively!) forming dies to do the ribs and folds.
Or redesign out the folds.
