Savage 93, 17 HMR high cap mags? Can I buy/make them?

I just think that the finish on the metal is below average.
matte finish, solder spots.....

They work though, glad I got em.

I could build one out of 2 . Easy... Got one of those rifles and often thought about doing it but just never really locked myself in the shop for and hour to "git er done"! :sniper:

Got mine today. Finish is lack luster, lots of feeding issues. I will have to go out testing and with some needle knows pliers. As of right now I owuld rather have factory 5 round ones. I will update after firing with them.

Got back from a short holiday at the cabin and my two were sitting in the mail. Unfortunately, the rifle is at the cabin. :(
They looked fine to me other than the finish being a bit spotty. No sharp edges, all the bends, joints, etc. looked good.
They really didn't look any better or worse than my Savage made ones and they are way better made than any Norinco mage I've got.

I got mine a couple weeks ago. Took about 3 weeks from ordering to my door.
Mine look like the factory mag, but larger. Not high quality, but not bad either.

They each fed 30 rounds without issue. I'll put them to the real test when the gophers start to pop up.

That said, why can't they make me a 30 round mag?

Well good question. Granted, considering I can only get 9 rounds of .22WMR in mine, that 30 might be a 27-rounder! :) As for the finish, it's been fine so far. Satin compared to the glossier Savage ones. If we're talking about blued-finish Savages...the WORDS "Savage" and "nice finish" don't belong in the same sentence. I've had 3, currently own one...you don't put these rifles away wet! :)
