Savage 93 R17 BTVS

I handled one at the Sportsman show the other day. It sure felt nice. Has any one handled or shot one yet? I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the market for a new .17! I just wish you could get it blued. I'm not that keen on bare stainless.

I have a 93 bvss I think. The 1 with hvy barrel,lam stock, in stainless. It doesen't have accutrigger but I put in a different 1 and 1 get dime size groups at 50 yrds

I have the same gun...Absolutly fun!! I only wished that I had the varmint barrel though. and the accutrigger would have been nice but it was the last savage available in Ontario at the time so I grabbed it.....needless to say...I havent shot my 22 since

I'd wait for the accutrigger models, myself.

The stock savage trigger is teh suck

They do seem to have them with AccuTrigger now. Pretty nice looking gun actually.

What are you using for a scope and rings set up? I'm about to order one and I'm not sure what hight rings I should get. Thanks, Justin..
