Nice laminate brown/green/black model.

Here are just a few thoughts.

Nice heavy barrel, the stock had a slightly rough patches.
Comes with weaver mounts.
My Bushnell rimfire 3-9 scope sits just fine on it.
I used high rings, as I will upgrade my scope and put the bushnell back on my 10/22.

The rifle feels nice, the cheekpiece was decent.

Working the action seemed a bit stiff and awkward at first, after a few rounds it smoothed out a bit and was actually pretty decent.

The magazines have an alignment post thing, it's a bit awkward but you get used to it.
The magazine seemed a bit loose, even when fully in. A few rounds didn't feed quite as well as they should have.

I shot a mix of remington and winchester ammo.

Best group at 25 yards, 5 rounds all touching.
Best group at 50 yards, 5 rounds a generous 1/2". It would likely measure about 0.6" if I measured center to center.
At 100 yards the grouping went to ****, maybe it was the wind, maybe not.

I haven't adjusted the trigger, and I'm pretty sure the gun shoots better than I do.

Overall, I thought it was a nice, felt good, shoots nicely.

I shot about 60 rounds.
My next plan is to get a better scope, and figure out why it seemed to fall apart at 100 yards, likely the shooter.

I have a 93R17 with the heavy barrel and synthetic stock which I shoot at least once per week at the range just because it is a fun little gun. I have a 6-24 x 42 cheap tasco scope on it.

With the lighter 17 gr ammo it groups easily into a 1" dot at 100 yards. With the heavier 20 gr ammo it groups about 1/2" at 100 yards but shoots about 3" low compared to the 17 gr. I usually shoot three boxes of ammo each time and never have noticed any difference in the groups as it gets hot or dirty.

There is very little or no wind at my range due to the high berms.
