Savage 99 Take Down Value

Looking for advise, i have a Savage 99 Take Down in 300 savage that i think would be average condition, i dated the serial number to early 1920. i believe it is all original, i would like to sell it but i do not know the value. any advise??
 
It really depends on which variant it is. Pictures would be needed. Generally, you would be looking at a value in the ballpark of what Suther mentioned.

Cracked stock? Drilled and tapped? Take-down mechanism tight? Correct butt-plate? etc etc.
 
The 99's don't seem to be drawing in the money the were just a few years ago. However, many are still asking crazy money and good luck to them lol. Value is contingent on a few factors. Model, caliber, altered or not and condition all dictate the value. Pics are a must to give you a number.
