Proper fit to YOU is really important in any type of shooting. I prefer the shape and layout of the Pro varmint but I have used "A5" looking stocks my entire shooting career so that is what I am used to.
Some who grew into shooting running AR type platforms, may prefer a chassis style more..... just whatever you can control and operate best.
For positional shooting, it is always a compromise as each major position actually requires a different set up... but since PRS shooting is on the clock, adjusting your stock doesn't make any sense.... so you compromise.
Best thing to do is get behind various stock shapes and styles to see what works for you....
I am the OK valley too... if you want to discuss further or try some gear, let me know.
