Love my A22 for the same reasons Adriel mentions. I get Trevor's point about the mag changes but in practice I don't find it a problem. The positive spring loaded ejection eliminates any problems with getting the mag out so it's fool proof. Someone who is very experienced and practiced with 10/22 mag changes with an extended mag release would likely be able to achieve the mag change faster.... But the A22 will be faster out of the box as a new user without aftermarket support
Mine has a problem feeding Federal 36g CPHP but it will cycle and feed CCI SV 100% flawlessly even in cold temps.
