What's with the dual front swivel studs? I see you use a hasty-sling type of shooting hold...did you add the stud at the tip of the fore-end because of POI changes if you used the barrel-band? Just curious. Whatever the reasoning, that is a beauty.

Actually the sling isn't a hasty sling, its a Galco Safari Ching Sling which is a dedicated shooting sling that can be used hastily.:D Because I regularly shoot from supported field positions with the sling, I didn't want a barrel attachment, and with rifles producing energetic recoil, putting the swivel stud at the radius of the forend, prevents cut hands. I've done the same with the .375 Ultra, my .458 , and my newly acquired 9.3X62.
