Savage Axis bolt handle question.

Is it possible to replace the bolt handle of a Axis for a Savage large bolt handle?

Nope. You could cut the knob off and thread it if you are careful.

Yes it will fit I put one on mine. It was a after market one either sold by someone on here or off of ebay I can't remember. The only think that I can see that doesn't work 100% is that when you lift the bolt handle that initial extraction of the brass doesn't seem to happen. I think if you had some sticky brass you might get some extraction issue but not sure. I haven't used the gun yet since I put this on so I don't know if this will be an issue or not.
