Greetings so had my new Savage axis out for the first time today
after zeroing my scope i did some testing
First i guess the rifle

The ammo used were

and

and

Now from my research i heard a few complaints first the stock was flexible not a issue for me as
i am a bench shooter with a bipod.
Secondly that the trigger was too heavy and the creep terrible
i didn't have any issue with either.
One thing that was clearly and repeatedly stated this rifle was accurate
On this point i agree ,i am no sharpshooter with only a year of shooting under my belt and most of that with 22's.
And i was very happy with the rifles performance and i am sure it could do better if i was capable.
All shots at 50 yards.
So as is always said here are the pics

I only had one FTF with the American eagle out of about 60 rounds fired.
Needless to say i am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is
a bang for your buck enthusiast as i am.
Sorry for the phone quality pics.
Hope you enjoyed
cheers
