Noticed these ring marks while cleaning, is this from manufacturing or an issue I should be worried about?

I believe that would be machining. I shot a lot of savages and have never seen that

Just endmill marks. Not pretty, but also not worth fretting over.

Thanks, I guess when I got the rifle I wasn't near damn as picky as I am now, I can't believe I never noticed it before.
