I have a stainless Savage Model 116FSAK in 300 RUM push feed and I would like to know if a bolt head from a Savage (or Stevens 200) in 300 win mag is the same? I checked with the online Savage parts finder for my rifle but only controlled feed bolt head is listed.

So you have a factory 300 rum in push feed? I suspect it is a newer version with a thick bolt head. Then no regarding Stevens 200 and yes if a newer Savage with a thick head.
If by some miracle it is an older version that I only know of to exist according to internet stories, the head would be the same.

CRf heads were shorter and required a longer firing pin stop. You can make it work in various combos.

I brought the rifle to a gunsmith about one month ago so I can't check the bolt head but according to the serial is not a newer version, serial# G122### I have never heard of thick bolt head before only bolt head for small and large firing pin.

Of course, they stopped making RUM versions awhile ago. So if it is a push feed then it should be the same bolt head as a Stevens 200 that is a either a 7mm or 300 win mag.
Should be available here in the EE for cheap.

If you entered the serial # into the parts finder. It will have the part number for that gun. If it shows as controlled feed that is the part. I have a 204 axis which was a small run for a certain destribtor. It shows the correct parts. If you really believe what it is telling you is wrong phone the manufacturer. They will get back to you with the part number. It may take a while but they will call back. They will likely say it is a part restricted to gunsmiths or some junk but you'd still have the part number.

Just for a spare.

I can't imagine what you would need a spare for...........unless your into blowing primers and etching the boltface around the firing pin hole. I have a bolt face that has seen more rounds then I would like to admit to, one trip through the ultra sonic cleaner and you couldn't tell it from a new one. keep a light amount of white grease on your lock lugs and you'll never scratch or scall it and it will outlast you for sure
