savage bolt issue

Took my savage barreled action to a fellow recommended by my neighbor here in AZ. He did a sh!tty job of duracoat and now my bolt won't close. I have disassembled and reassembled 10 times both with and without firing pin ass'y. All seems right. Just won't close up. Any ideas??

Shoud add all is clean in the boltface lug area.
 
double check your action screws and your scope base screws, chances are one of them is to long and interfering with the bolt.....
I would start with the front action screw and scope base as these screws go right into the lock lug race way.......
