Hey gang took my model 64 to Lakefield to have the trigger replaced under warranty. The customer service was second to none. They took the firearm in, replaced the trigger, and had me on my way in 15 min. The whole process from the first phone call was awesome. They made sure I was completely satisfied before I left the building. It's nice to see that kind of customer service in today's day and age. Well done Savage Lakefield.
 
Had the same experience with them for my Stevens 305 22WMR except the process was done via email,phone calls and Canada Post.Had the trigger assembly within a few days and no charge to me.

I called them looking for a barrel (a boo boo I made and admitted to them) for my daughters 64. They offered to pick the rifle up (on their dime), the barrel was replaced, a new mag, test fired and repacked with new trigger lock and ear plugs to boot! The bill? NOTHING, nada, zilch. They went completely over the top. Whatever it is, my next rifle will be a savage.
