I think my CZ Scout is in a run for it's money, as well as all my previous CZ's.
I got my new Savage FV-SR yesterday and cleaned all the factory bung out of it,
then gave the bore a coat of Dyna Bore Coat. I then mounted a Leapers 4x32 AO
mil-dot scope on 'er using Weaver rings.
Today at the range I tried it out at 25yds. to get an initial feel for the "Plasti-Plinker"
and was not supprized at the accuracy. Typical Savage.... shoots like a damn.
Despite strong, steady westerly winds, the little bugger dumps bargain ammo
into tight little groups. This puppy is a keeper and will serve me well for pest removal
as well as distance shooting when the frickin' wind ain't blowing.
