Hey guys, im planning on movin up and buyin a .338 to get into Moose. I thought why not somethin rad like the LM instead of the regular 338 mag. Just curious if anyone has shot the savage 111 long range hunter in the 338 LM? I see its slightly lighter than the 110 FCP HS in the same chambering and also a bit cheaper. Also wondering if the added weight does anything for kick or not? Im sure I could add weight to the stock easily. Just lookin at cost here over the FCP cause thats a few extra rounds I can shoot.
