I have three possibilities for you. Cadex, MDT, or an XLR Industries stock.

The Cadex over $2000, MDT stocks close to $1000, and XLR around $1000 (depending on exchange rate). I suggested the first two, because they are Cdn. I personally will go with an Eliseo on my next build.

I have an mdt tac 21 on my savage 10tr 5r 308 great stocks I'll try the cadex on the savage 111 lrh 338 lapua
