Hard to say, as forward bells are different in size compared to the lens. I have a markii g contour barrel with a 4-12x40mm banner with adjustable objective with lens cover. I use weaver medium rings and no. 16 bases and it just fits. So i would say use weaver high rings and your good especially if you have a heavy barrel. I believe i used .35" ring height for a 30mm tube 8-32x50 on my fv. Its close enough that i had to notch out the bikini cover

Pretty sure you want high rings for that set-up. If you add a rail (EGW for example) you might get away with a MED pair...as the rail elevates the ring mounting.
