Savage Mark II Extraction Issue

Looks like Im missing over half the end. That might make a difference. :) Anyways I called the number above for Savage Arms Canada and have a new kit coming in the mail. DIdnt have any problems after waiting to talk to someone.

Its such a minor thing but I really enjoyed the experience in dealing with them. On hold for about 10 mins tops. Girl was super friendly and quick. Only took like 3 mins to gather my information for shipping. No questions asked and more importantly they admitted the fault and tried to rectify it. It's experiences like this that makes me consider them more when choosing a higher caliber.

Ahh yes this is the first one I tried. They kept saying they had a high call volume and disconnected on me yesterday twice. In their defence they probably were getting alot of calls being the Monday after a family oriented long weekend with people itching to go shooting. I probably would have better luck trying today. Glad it worked for youđź‘Ś
 
The "Problem" has been with the MKIIs from almost Day-1 and never "Fixed". That's why I chose a Sav B-22 FV ; Rotary magazine has NEVER failed for me - I have 4-mags and I've had the A & B-22s (hated the A-22, not dependable). And the
B-22 is more 'Ergo' and carries nicely, even in the FV 'Heavy barrel'. Mine is about as accurate as my CZ-455.
