How hard are these to find in Canada?

I'm asking because I've had one "in next week for sure" for about a month straight, and "on order" for about 3 months, at a local gun shop. I'm wondering if I should just source it myself (the last gun I bought, I had to locate as well because they didn't seem to be able to find one).

It seems as though Savage has been having trouble keeping guns on the shelves of Canadian dealers (centerfires as well as rimfires). I can imagine the newer accutrigger rimfires are quite hard to get ahold of right now...

I would look around before you cancel with your local shop (you shop might be on a waiting list and you might not want to give that up unless you can buy one that is actually in stock elsewhere).

Most of the local stores here in Southern Ontario have them - or had them, they seem to sell pretty quick.
