Hi all. Just a quick little question for you Savage experts out there. As I await the arrival of a Savage Mark II G, I got to wondering what material the stock is made of. All I can find about the stock is the listed material is 'wood', and 'walnut finish'. So I would appreciate if someone here would happen to know what material it is without me having to wait.... Thank you.
