The 10 shot mags are usually available, the 5s not so much. I tried all the usual sources with no luck. Eventually I called Savage and had them in less than 3 weeks. Cost was about $25 per mag and $15 shipping (USPS.) It was worth it, if only for the pleasant experience of picking up the phone, ordering some gun parts from the States and having them sent with no BS or elaborate paperwork. For a few minutes the world actually seemed normal.
