Savage Mark II muzzle brake??

Just picked one of these up for a good price noticed the threaded barrel. Can a muzzle brake or flash hider ect be installed? Couldnt find anyone in canada that has them... So far.

Yes you can add a muzzle break onto it. I believe the threads will be 1/2-28tpi.

Just wait for HoytCannon to show up, he has a few that he has put very nice breaks on.

It's a standard 1/2x28 thread, so pretty much any AR brake or flash suppressor or fake silencer will work.

Madd Maccs precision tactical makes a nice one for the Mk II.
