What would you guys do? I have a Savage MK1 heavy barrel (FVT) in a MK2 thumb-hole stock. I fabbed up some solid custom bottom metal. What would you guys do with the hollow mag well? I would like to get it pillar and glass bedded. Haven't talked to a smith yet about what he might fill it in with. Was maybe looking at doing it myself. I will get pictures up in the next day or two if anybody is in need of visual.
