Savage mkii extractor replacement

If this is under warranty, they should be getting a part to you. Did you buy New? And did you 'register' the warranty ? If NO to these, try one of the fixes I suggested. They prob are busy with Holiday crap like all other businesses. US Thanksgiving and Christmas beginning. The MKIIs are made in Canada, did you contact Savage in Lakefield directly? There is a number that Doesn't go to US Customer Service.

It was bought new and the Warrenty was registered and it's been nearly a year of calling the Canadian savage office. I keep getting promises but no product

brybenn, I also had good comms with Savage, likely the same 'nice girl' that nelson and bigdog spoke with. I also called the Lakefield offices and got assistance once from Customer Service fellow there. I can't imagine why you're getting run in circles. Did anyone give you an 'account number' or something?

Yes I had several. However a generous member here got me a replacement and it works just fine now
