Savage mod 10

My buddy has a mod 10 predator hunter and he has had the trigger get stuck several times. He says the accutriger blade wont move when this happens any ideas?

yes.. reset the bolt..Simply lift it up and allow the sear to reengage... he is tripping the trigger before the accu-trigger blade is fully depressed...

You have to pull straight back on the blade and trigger. If you pull on the side the trigger is pulled before the blade and it locks.

Thats what i told him but he swears up and down hes not side pulling it

Ask him if he's adjusted the Accutrigger. Not unusual when the trigger is set way too low for hunting/roaming, and the spring is binding.

is he wearing gloves?? We found that gloves will almost alway trip it early..
