Savage model 23B 25-20

Anybody have any experience with this rifle? what kind of accuracy can a guy expect from one in good condition. The one I am looking at has the rear peep with 9 different appeture sizes but a front blade but I was curious if a globe site could easily fit the front dovetail? I kinda gotta make up my mind as to take it or leave it so any input is appreciated.

I hade one years ago & it was very accurate.DAN>>>

what do you thing of 400 bucks for the rifle, fifty brass and around 150 bullets? I am holding off as i figured that was i bit steep. Any idea of a fair value based on what you guys paid.

think I am going to let this one slide, I kinda thought the price was pretty steep, hense the hesititation. Sure glad I asked before i found out the hard way though
