Hi guys, does anyone have a fix for the crappy bolt lift on this .204 my buddy bought?:kickInTheNuts: The spring is so tight it requires major effort to lift and open the bolt. Thanks in advance.:nest::runaway:

Step 1 - check the screws which are mounting the scope base to the receiver. One of the holes isn't blind - if your screw goes long, it'll interfere with the bolt face; I made this mistake mounting my 10FCP's nightforce 20MOA base on the front; a quick screw swap and I was laughing.

My buddy is happy with how it groups its just when you lift the bolt it cocks the rifle for the next round and it is not a effortless motion by any reguard. All the screws are fine and Im needing somemore suggestions on a fix for it?:dancingbanana::bangHead:

bolt lift

Mine also has a stiff bolt lift, but the gun shoots incredibly well, and its a beauty to look at too. I dont like the magazine very much and you can fit four rounds into it after a while but you have to force the fourth one in and i think i will eventually crack the mag if i do it enough times. I wouldnt sell mine!!

Very accurate ,extremely happy with looks and feel, mine is a thumbhole .223 and while it says the clip holds four rounds don't try to force it. Trigger is good, clean break and light. Bolt lift is hard due to three lug system, you have to #### the gun in fewer degrees of lift than a two lug design. Only problem I had was snapping the bolt handle off but that was my fault.
