Savage optic rail

I just purchased a Savage 338 Lapua in the HS stock now to start outfitting it. First off I'm looking for a very strong steel rail for mounting my optics. I was thinking Near or Ferrel oppinions? who sells them? Thanks all.

Farrell is my favorite. I have been buying them from Sinclair. But I've switched my mind set and I'm now trying to buy everything I need from Canada.

Mystic Precision sells them. I got my last one from him.

I honestly don't think there are any products that are much better then the ones Ken Farrell makes. They are top notch. His rings are very high quality as well.

Did you find a problem with the included rail? I had a few pass through my hands and never noticed anything with them. Seemed like a decent rail.

I bet his problem is that it's a flat rail, not 20 MOA.

No the rail I recieved with the firearm had been damaged in shipping. This also gives me a chance to try something else out. Thanks for the replies thus far folks.

We manufacture a plus 30MOA rail for the 110BAs. It is made of stainless steel and coated matte black to match the rifle.

UNLIKE the ridiculously long multi railed soft aluminum scope rail these rifles come with, ours allows you to mount your optics much lower and in a better position for eye alignment and cheek weld.

The downside of our rail is that we have not added the tons of useless railage that Savage felt necessary so you cannot mount your Iphone, coffee cup,flashlights, lasers, condom dispensers and the always necessary spray cans of "Spin D" or "Coriolis Defeat" on the gun,
On our rail you just get to mount the scope, solidly and where you need it.

As long as Savage has not altered the hole dimensions or spacing from the 110BA, which I doubt they did, yes. If it does not return it for a refund.
