Hey all,

Just wanted to share with you guys that Savage is having a $30 rebate on the Mark II, 93, 93R17, and Rascal series until June 30, 2017. The best part is that all $30 rebates are in USD, so you will get a little more back. Current transaction rate puts $30 USD = $39.97 CDN.

I like the thought of a rebate, and I'm kind of wanting another mark 2 for the collection , but sometimes I wonder if all the personal information is fair game and sent off to the government..On a side note, I had great service with savage on recent warranty claim.
 
Yep. And if purchased before March 31, there was another $10 plus T-shirt! Second Ammendmant Rebate it was, and for that one, you were allowed to use both rebates together.......
 
I'm an idiot. When I bought my Mark II, I threw the box in the trash, not realizing that I needed the UPC code off it to get the rebate. Basically threw $40 in the trash.
 
No. I needed 2 copies of everything before sending it in. They go to different, yet the same place. It is wierd. I had only noticed when I went online to register my rifle. I had a second receipt printed out when I bought the gun, as I knew I would need to send it in. Then when I noticed the second rebate, well, my second copy is no longer in my hands!

Check the receipt if the UPC is on it. Or go back to the store and they should have a record of the sale.
 
Nope. Need the UPC off of the end of the box. No copies either. I called Savage and asked, as I did not want to damage the box in case I had to send it in. And I know it sounds stupid, but this was also so that you cannot claim the rebate and return the gun, so I was told.

Youtube of a B17 (Not to be confused with the B-Mag) shows it as being from Lakefield as well, so the B-series may just be the another iteration of the Mark II, with some rebranded association with the US-made B-Mag
