Savage Target AccuTrigger Help

I believe the comment on the sear engagement is correct. There is next to nothing for sear engagement. A product of trying to make a trigger with a crisp release I suspect, without having to spend much money to make the part. Even a tiny piece of dust/dirt or bedding compound will cause the action to slam fire.

That said it is still better than what remington puts on thier factory target rifles.
 
I known, it's wirz to tell but are you sure you do'nt binded the action during the bedding process? Tchech your sear engagement, i do improved this with a non bedded action, when the hanguard bolts were loose, no problem but when i was tighting them, the bolt slam fired.
