I had a SAV-2 that I was really happy with. That was several years ago so I don't know if they still ship to Canada or not.

Give them a shout, to see.

They are great folks to deal with. I had bought a 17HMR off of the EE that had a Rifle Basix trigger on it. The adjustment spring had gotten crushed by the PO but I sent an email to Rifle Basix. Got a reply in 12 hrs (on a weekend to boot) no questions just what address to send a free parts kit to.

Ever since that experience I sing thier praises.
