Yes but if it's a left hand I think you may be mistaken about the 16fcss...Savage doesn't currently make it left handed and I don't believe they ever had, certainly not in an accustock model...you sure it's not the FLHSS or FLSS, in which case it would still be a good price if it was the FLHSS, but not so great if it's the FLSS
