They are a great gun
Had one for a couple years when they first hit Canada.

Light and accurate.
Only sold it to upgrade to their Modern Precision Rimfire which is essentially a trainer rifle for their MPR which I use for big game.

That price is crazy. I sold mine for $1200 after using it for just shy of two years.

I had zero issues in two years.
Now I have the chassis version with the exact same action. Again zero issues

Thanks for letting me know. I have a 457 American. I can shoot about 1 to .75 moa with good ammo at 50 yards. I wonder if this will be a more precise rifle than 457.

It’s a light rifle, must be nice to carry around for small games.

I almost bought one of their Christensen Arms with ammo special they had around Christmas but then a friend mentioned all their problems with extraction, barrels and accuracy. Looked it up and not only was it well known but Christensen Arms also left all the owners out to dry and did nothing to make it right.

Few years back when I travelled to the states, I found shooters there generally considered Christensen Arms as subpar vs Canadians who view it as quality higher end brand. I don’t have the experience on them to judge, just noticed the discrepancy.

No I didn't try. Was just attempting to peruse the sale, and just posted it in case someone else was after one.
