A combination of both "AYE" and "N'AYE" for me. When I first got into 'serious' handgun paper punching, reloading was a definate cost saving must that allowed me to go through the volume of shooting I was doing. Now, most of my handgun shooting would be best categorized as plinking and as such the volume of shooting has decreased considerably. With rifle shooting however, the focus, other than what's required for hunting needs, is geared more towards load testing and striving for accuracy improvements. That and 'trying' some of todays bullet technology.
