I believe it is how the tac-teams block anyone from placing something "undesirable", read grenade, into your exhaust pipe...

Yeah but the only issue with a 40 is they are so frikken big -- I used to have a bunch of the Sterling Steel 40's -- they ran -- but they where too bulk for mag pouches.

Secondly I worry then that people (cough SEALS cough) start playing LMG with the thing again.

All the factory armoured SUV's have the mesh on the exhasts - for the reasons Big Red gave (and Jay too)
 
Yeah -- IR light was taking up space -- I am going to put it back on my helmet where I had it before I had to ghetto rig the G2 to it.

I plan on getting a bunch of the tan windowed mags. When I can get them (providing the first few survive destructive testing kev style)

LandRover -- yeah even nicer if one did not have to remove the steering wheel to get in and out of in armour... Subby's are small enough when factory armoured -- let alone the Brit shrinkwagon Its not a daily driver.
 
It's just a mag holder.. Redi-mag? or something. It just holds it on the gun for fast access to a second mag. You still need to dump the first one and insert the second one... no magic switch here... :)
