SBR recommendations?

Hi, I'm looking to get an SBR and I don't really know too much on what brands are good but I want about 7-10" barrel and was thinking on getting one of those nea complete uppers sans bolt on sale for $400 but I have no idea about lowers ( will probably need to get a complete lower as I don't know how to put one together or will need to hire a gunsmith to do it for me) and if NEAs products are any good / worth the price as I heard they have a lot of problems. I want to spend about $1000 but can def go higher if needed/worth it. Thanks.

Just keep in mind the 7.5 is crazy loud and "firebally" which is fun at first but kind of gets obnoxious for some people after a while. After owning both lengths I personally won't go less than 10.5" and even that is still pretty loud, but tons o fun.
